The working temperature can reach up to 200 degrees Celsius. Moreover, it has a hard texture, stable performance, and a good cost-effectiveness, so its application is extremely wide. But because of its strong chemical activity, it must be coated on its surface.


Basic knowledge of NdFeB magnets:


NdFeB magnets can be divided into bonded NdFeB and sintered NdFeB.


It is expected that in the next 20-30 years, there will be no magnetic materials that can replace NdFeB magnets. The main raw materials for the production of NdFeB magnets are metal neodymium, pure iron, boron-iron alloys and other additives.

Application of NdFeB magnets in medical treatment:


NdFeB permanent magnet is a high-tech material of the National 863 Project. It can produce a biological magnetic field that simulates the characteristics of the human magnetic field, with stable performance! Acting on the human body can correct the magnetic field of the human body itself, and by enhancing the bio-electromagnetic energy of the human meridians, promote the flow of meridian qi, thereby achieving the effect of unblocking the meridians, increasing blood supply and oxygen supply to the brain, reducing the excitability of the peripheral nerves of the cerebral cortex, and promoting the metabolism of bone and joint tissues, hypnosis, analgesia, sedation, blood circulation and eliminating anxiety. 1. Do not put NdFeB magnet products in too high a temperature, especially pay attention to its critical temperature, that is, 200 degrees. Adjust its working environment temperature in time to minimize the occurrence of demagnetization.


2. Start with technology to improve the performance of products using magnets, so that it can have a warmer structure and is not easily affected by the environment.


Third, you can also choose a high coercive force material with the same magnetic energy product. If that doesn't work, you can only sacrifice a little magnetic energy product and find a material with a lower magnetic energy product and higher coercive force. If that doesn't work, you can choose to use samarium cobalt. As for reversible demagnetization, samarium cobalt is the only choice. Each material has different characteristics. So choose the most suitable and economical one. You must consider it carefully when designing, otherwise it will cause losses.
