How to choose magnetic materials for TWS Bluetooth headsets?

Time:2025-02-24 Views:0

At present, the magnet materials used in everyone's TWS Bluetooth headsets are generally neodymium iron boron magnets, with a magnetic force of N52. Here I would like to introduce magnets to you. Magnets are divided into two categories, one is permanent magnets, and the other is non-permanent magnets. Permanent magnets are magnets that can maintain magnetism for a long time. They are made into magnet specification products according to customer needs. Generally, the magnets in our headphones need to be magnetized by a magnetizer. In addition, I would like to remind you to remember to mark the magnetization direction of the magnet when you produce the magnet engineering drawing. The size of the magnetic force must be determined according to your own product. Many people do not understand the meaning of N52 above. Some are N35 and N48. In fact, this is the size of the magnetic force. Generally, according to the performance size, it is n35 to n52. The larger the number, the higher the performance, that is, the stronger the magnetic force. The same price is also more expensive. According to the temperature coefficient, it can also be divided into n gear, m gear, h gear, sh gear, etc.

It can be seen that the magnets used in TWS Bluetooth headsets require high-magnetic grade NdFeB magnets with strong magnetic force. The fixed structure of the magnets in TWS headsets is mostly fixed by dispensing glue with a dispensing machine.
